Welcome to Humanitarians in Action Foundation, a national level organization with headquarter at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Being part of this organization carries both a deep responsibility and a real sense of pride. At HIAF, we stand for dignity, participation, and community leadership. Real change doesn’t come from the top down, it grows when people are seen, heard, and trusted.

This past year, I’ve seen incredible strength and courage in the communities we walk alongside. Their determination pushes us to do better, listen more deeply, and act with intention.

I am proud of our team, grateful to our partners, and grounded in the belief that progress is possible when women lead, when communities guide, and when justice is more than just a word.
